A leading community service organization in Ontario is seeking a Behavior Support Associate to support individuals with intellectual disabilities in daily living. The role emphasizes collaboration within an inter-professional team to develop life skills programs. Candidates should have post-secondary education in Social Services, experience in Applied Behaviour Analysis, and a commitment to advocacy and support. This position involves case management and providing emotional support while ensuring personal needs are met.

Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Supporting individuals in all aspects of daily living while working as part of an inter-professional team, including an ABA lead and Behavioural Services Consultant, to directly implement all aspects of the behavioural intervention/support plan. A strong emphasis is placed on building capacity to function in the community.
