As Canada’s largest collector coin retailer, the company operates both in-store and online at cdncoin. Canadian Coin & Currency is also an authorized distributor of collector coins for the Royal Canadian Mint. Job Summary :

Are you passionate about providing exceptional customer service and have an eye for detail? Join our team as an E-Commerce Customer Service Specialist. In this role, you’ll play a crucial part in ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers while collaborating with our product inventory team to maintain the quality and accuracy of our online listings.

The position requires a fluent, clear command of English language in order to communicate with customers over the phone, through email and in person. Exceptional interpersonal skills to interact with the public and resolve customer complaints, as well as clear, concise oral communication skills are a must. Attention to detail and the ability to quickly learn about the precious metals and numismatic business is also necessary. The successful candidate will be willing and able to acquire the knowledge and demonstrate the confidence to make customers comfortable with their purchases with our company.

This is a high security environment, and the successful applicant must be bondable with a clear criminal record and meet requirements of a security background check.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone, providing exceptional support and solutions.
• Resolve customer concerns related to orders, shipping, and returns with a focus on satisfaction.
• Provide customer support regarding products and services
• Processing online and phone orders and returns
• Articulate company rewards programs and any promotional sales or product launches
• Develop and maintain working knowledge of customer needs / issues and industry trends
• Consult with and provide seamless backup to our Order Fulfillment and Inventory teams
• Provide feedback to improve processes and customer experiences.

Hours & Pay

Hours : This is a full-time position. Approximately 40 hours / week, including weekend availability.

Pay : $22.00-$27.00 per hour

Expected hours : 40 per week
