Pizza Hut Canada is hiring an E-Commerce Coordinator (Menu Integration). The role is the primary point of contact for bridging back-end menu design and digital content execution, managing configuration and updates across platforms to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of e-commerce principles, digital merchandising strategies, and data analysis techniques to optimize the online shopping experience. Success requires ownership, effective cross-functional collaboration, attention to detail, and clear communication with stakeholders to deliver a seamless and impactful digital guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Align menu and content updates with digital and marketing calendars, taking ownership of designated windows throughout the year.
- Manage execution of digital content, including product imagery, descriptions, banners, and promotional assets.
- Manage menu execution and menu architecture build, including creation and launch of new products, limited-time offers (LTOs), deals, and bundles.
- Menu data entry for all stakeholder requests, acting as the originator of new menu data.
- Oversee new store onboarding to the menu management tool.
- Conduct A / B and multivariate tests to optimize merchandising layouts, product placements, and promotional strategies.
- Provide feedback on tools and processes and report defects where applicable.
- Coordinate with stakeholders across functions to optimize digital channels and ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Analyze sales data and customer behavior to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement in digital merchandising effectiveness.
- Develop reports and presentations to communicate findings, insights, and recommendations to key stakeholders.
- Drive internal process development and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital merchandising and e-commerce.
Required Qualifications
- Attendance at the Vaughan, ON office 2 days a week on Tuesday and Thursday.
- 2+ years of proven experience in digital merchandising, e-commerce, marketing, or data entry, preferably within QSR or Retail.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Familiarity with A / B testing methodologies, e-commerce metrics, and performance optimization techniques.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex ideas and collaborate across diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and a focus on accuracy in execution.
- Demonstrated sense of ownership and accountability for deliverables, with the ability to pace and prioritize work effectively.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and adapt quickly to evolving priorities.

- Monday.com experience a plus.
