We’re looking for a (Part-time) Supervisor for our DSW banner who will put their best foot forward.

As a (Part-time) Supervisor, you will report to the Store Manager and assist in leading an inclusive store environment. You will model service standards and coach the team to achieve store objectives, including in-store sales, web orders, and goals set by the Store Manager. Your ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, collaborate, and execute on operational excellence will be key to your success.

Key responsibilities

• Assumes a leadership role with responsibility for maximizing store business results by consistently creating exceptional customer experiences.
• Maintains exceptional product knowledge and industry trend knowledge.
• Facilitates achievement of business results by role modelling a shopping experience that encourages responsive customer service, compelling merchandise presentation and operational integrity, to foster positive customer connections and loyalty.
• Coaches and provides feedback as directed by Store Management to achieve segment success.
• Fosters teamwork, collaboration and change advocacy within the store and district.
• Maintains effective, open lines of communication with the Store Manager.
• Opens and closes the store proficiently.
