Qualifications

  • 2+ years of relevant work experience in a banking or financial environment.
  • Ability to gather, analyze, organize, and present large volumes of information.
  • Working knowledge of Canadian Retail Banking products and financial crime.

Responsibilities

  • Fulfills requests related to financial crime from partners and external parties.
  • Ensures all activities comply with regulations and internal policies.
  • Recommends changes to enhance efficiency and performance.

Skills

University and/or minimum 2+ years of relevant work experience
Working knowledge of Bank’s systems (CIS, AS400, IRIS)
Thorough knowledge of PC applications (Microsoft Suite, Adobe)
Thorough knowledge of Privacy & Confidentiality Agreement
Oral and written communications skills in English
French and Spanish language skills
