Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team
- Prepare period-end financial statements, management reports, working paper files, and ad hoc reporting
- Drive continuous process improvements
- Participate in various projects to support the accounting and finance team
- Coordinate audit tasks with external auditors for both interim and year-end processes
Requirements
- Professional accounting designation preferred
- University degree in accounting or finance
- 5+ years of experience in a management role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Valid passport for travel outside of Canada (as needed)
