Job Overview: Game Plan Services is growing, and we’re looking for the right people to grow with us. We’re a company that hires student athletes and trains them to complete short-term, low-risk jobs like weeding, painting, event set-ups, seasonal clean-ups, and more. Clients appreciate our punctual, respectful, and trained crews.

We are now seeking *Momagers*; community-minded leaders who can guide our teams of young athletes, handle client communication, and help keep jobs running smoothly.

This role is perfect for someone who:

• Loves working with youth and helping them succeed
• Wants a flexible leadership position that fits around family, school, or other work
• Enjoys being organized, people-focused, and community-driven

Duties

As a Momager, you’ll be the connection point between our clients and our crews. You’ll help manage scheduling, support our athletes, and ensure jobs are completed to GPS standards. This role offers a chance to be part of something bigger — creating meaningful work opportunities for youth while building a respected local business.
