Overview

Fix Auto is looking for a Part Manager to manage all parts, materials and other inventories through efficient ordering and stocking processes. The role supports on‑time vehicle deliveries and supports department profitability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Control all parts, materials and other inventories through correct and efficient ordering and stocking processes.
  • Contribute to on‑time vehicle deliveries and department profitability by managing ordering, receiving, staging and returning of all parts and materials.
  • Establish and monitor vendor discounts and service levels to drive profitability.
  • Work with estimators and repair planners to ensure all parts or materials are accounted for and invoiced correctly.
Qualifications
  • Extensive experience as a Part Manager or a similar role.
  • High school or college automotive body repair diploma.
  • Body shop repair industry experience preferred.
  • Good knowledge of industry software.
  • Able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
