Responsibilities
  • As District Vice President, drive the total business operations (sales and operations for service, construction, and modernization) for your geography, in collaboration with your reports, customers and colleagues.
  • Promote a positive culture focused on achieving safety and quality goals to attain customer satisfaction and profitable business results.
  • Provide visionary leadership and drive success through a clear roadmap with General Managers/Regional Leaders aligned with KONE’s strategy.
Qualifications
  • 10+ years of progressive and successful leadership experience with relevant service expertise in a consultative selling environment, including leading a union represented workforce.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, management, engineering, or related field; MBA or MSc is preferred.

Location & Travel

Ideal Location of Candidate: Greater Vancouver Area

Travel expectations = 40%. If candidate is outside of Canada West District, only candidates from Greater Toronto Area will be considered; expectation here will be 70% traveling until mid-Q1, followed by relocation requirement to Greater Vancouver Area.

Compensation

The hiring range for this role in Delta/Kelowna/Regina/Victoria/Winnipeg locations are $205,900.00 - $283,100.00 CAD. The compensation package offered will depend on the ability to meet the requirements of the role and a range of factors unique to each candidate, including skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and location. We will also consider candidates in Calgary/Edmonton with a hiring range of $222,400.00 - $305,800.00 CAD. Variable Compensation: KONE Annual Bonus plan based on achievement of company goals and individual goals.
