Qualifications

• Completed training in hospitality.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Working experience in online distribution or yield management.
• Knowledge of Opera Cloud PMS, Synxis CRS, and TARS is a plus.
• Understanding of technical structures in online distribution.
• Experience with online booking platforms.
• Responsible, accurate, and reliable.
• Confident user of Microsoft Office.
• Above all: team spirit, engagement, and enthusiasm for digital processes.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for Revenue, Reservations, and Sales regarding interfaces and reservation systems.
• Manage and maintain our channel managers and electronic distribution channels.
• Maintain interfaces between various systems to ensure seamless data flow.
• Manage rates in Opera Cloud PMS, CRS, and content management for our hotels.
• Conduct audits and system checks and support the implementation of new hotels.
• Work closely with the team to optimize online distribution channels.
• Use TARS for automated processes and improve distribution efficiency.

We are currently looking for a Distribution Manager to join our Distribution Team on a one-year fixed-term contract covering parental leave.

Job Description

What your day will look like.
