  • Evaluate and continuously improve team workflows, client service standards, and quality control procedures
  • Provide in-depth technical training and feedback to staff, fostering career development and retention
  • Partner with other service lines and firm leadership to drive client success through holistic advisory solutions
  • Keep ahead of changes in tax legislation and regulatory developments that impact private businesses and owner-operators

  • A collaborative leadership style with the ability to mentor and grow a high-performing team
  • A track record of leading tax engagements and client relationships with precision, professionalism, and insight
  • Ability to work full-time onsite in the firms Vancouver office, with periodic collaboration at a Kelowna satellite office if required
  • Excellent judgment, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, people-first environment
Compensation & Culture
  • Base Salary: CAD $130,000 - $160,000 (commensurate with experience and role seniority)
  • Bonus: Performance-based, tied to firm contribution, client satisfaction, and leadership outcomes
  • Work Location: Vancouver, BC (headquarters); occasional travel to Kelowna office
