DIRECTOR SALES - TIFF : THE MARKET
The Director, Market Sales is a senior role responsible for designing, driving, and delivering all revenue-generating strategies for TIFF: The Market. Reporting to the Head of Market, the Director leads the day-to-day commercial strategy and execution while supporting the Head of Market in senior-level negotiations and business growth as it relates to earned and industry partner revenue opportunities.
This strategic and operational role is focused on driving earned revenue, cultivating and managing strategic industry partnerships, and identifying new business opportunities to ensure the Market achieves its financial and reputational goals.
This role oversees Market partnerships, exhibition sales, new business development, and the cultivation of revenue streams that are critical to the Market’s long-term financial sustainability and global positioning. The Director balances strategic vision with operational execution, ensuring revenue models are scalable, partnerships are industry-leading, and sales strategies are fully integrated with programming, marketing, operations, and communications.
