Our team specializes in providing tailored security programs to the unique technical, regulatory and cultural needs of various clients and industries to develop and enhance our client's security programs and infrastructure.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Consulting & Investigations, Risk Mitigation to lead our practice, drive client success, and support organizational growth in Ontario. This is an exciting opportunity for a proven leader who thrives on building teams, managing client relationships and delivering high impact solutions. The successful candidate will manage development efforts and oversee operations throughout Canada, with priority in Toronto and other major centres. Some travel may be required.

Responsibilities
  • Lead Investigations & Consulting operations across Ontario, overseeing permanent, part-time and contract staff
  • Provide strategic direction and subject matter expertise to team members for investigations and consulting projects
  • Manage operational functions, including billing, payroll, recruiting and benefits
  • Identify new business opportunities and cross-selling initiatives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, internal stakeholders, and senior leadership
  • Prepare and manage budgets, business plans and schedules
  • Represent GardaWorld in industry associations, professional networks and client events
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience and post-secondary degree in related field of study
  • Seasoned expert with extensive industry knowledge in risk management, consulting and investigations services
  • Technical leader viewed as a thought leader for innovation
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
