What is the opportunity?
As part of the Group Risk Management team, the Director, Group Risk Management (Auto & Personal Lending) will act as the GRM lead and SME for the PL and AF businesses, and ensure risks inherent in new or amended products, services, initiatives, strategies, policies, processes, and systems are efficiently and accurately identified, assessed, mitigated, measured, controlled, and monitored, while balancing risk and reward to enable sustainable growth.
This includes oversight and effective challenge of business risk appetite and contribution to the development of business risk appetite measures and constraints.
