Cityside Fiber seeks a Direct Sales Representative to drive fiber internet adoption through door-to-door sales (85% of role) and community engagement. You'll be the face of Cityside in assigned territories—educating residents, building relationships, and exceeding sales targets. Success requires entrepreneurial drive, persuasion skills, and resilience in field-based selling.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct door-to-door sales and local events to acquire residential customers.
  • Educate prospects on fiber benefits and competitive advantages.
  • Meet / exceed monthly sales quotas through proactive outreach.
  • Cultivate partnerships with community leaders and local businesses.
  • Track sales metrics (leads, conversions) and report progress.
  • Collaborate with marketing on targeted campaigns and promotions.
  • Prepare communities for network expansion through direct engagement.
  • Uphold Cityside Fiber’s values of trust, integrity, and innovation.
Qualifications
  • 2+ years in door-to-door/direct sales (ISP experience a plus).
  • Proven ability to close deals and meet quotas in field environments.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated with strong time management/organization.
  • Willingness for 90% local travel within assigned territory.
  • Valid driver’s license, clean record, and reliable insured vehicle.
  • Bachelor’s in Marketing/Business (preferred but not required).

Our Headquarters and field offices are in Irvine. [May be required to travel to project/customer sites to fulfill job responsibilities.]

Compensation
  • $50,000 base + Monthly Commission (On-Target Compensation is $90,000+)
  • +$40 Cell Phone Stipend (Received Monthly)
  • Company vehicle provided for travel with the assigned territory
