Compass Digital plays an integral part in driving growth in hospitality through technology innovation. The Digital Strategy team works all sectors to identify needs, goals, and opportunities to understand the right existing or net‑new technology solutions for each sector in the business.
The Digital Strategy Manager for Sports & Entertainment (S&E) and Remote Camps will work alongside the Senior Manager, Digital Strategy & Engagement to support these sectors and their businesses through technology. The Strategy Manager will be the main point of contact and subject matter expert in matters of technology for these businesses, providing them with support and expertise.
The Digital Strategy Manager’s purpose is to be the conduit between Compass Digital and Compass Group Canada’s Sports & Entertainment and Remote Camp Operations, Support Departments, Sales & Compass clients.

Final compensation will be determined based on qualifications, experience, and internal equity. Canadian work experience is not required.
