MAKING AN IMPACT
Reporting to the Director, the Digital Fundraising Manager is responsible for the end-to-end strategic planning, assessment, vision (current to future), and execution, of the Mass Marketing team’s revenue driving emails, moving us towards a predictive and automated integrated multi-channel approach to digital solicitation communications. Responsible for strategizing, assessing, and executing email and multi-channel solicitation campaigns, this role drives donor engagement and revenue growth. The manager develops data-driven plans, refines audience segmentation, and collaborates cross-functionally to implement predictive targeting tools while leveraging platforms like GA4 and Salesforce. By optimizing campaign strategies and embracing new digital technologies, this position ensures impactful communication tailored to donor profiles, fostering CCS’s mission to create a healthier future for all.
