Our client is seeking a friendly, mature, and responsible Dental Manager to join their Dental practice.

Position:
  • Experienced Dental Manager (4+ years Canadian experience)
  • Treatment Coordinator experience
  • Support and assist the Admin Team
  • Be a team leader & assistant to the Dentist
Software:
  • Tracker & LiveDDM software
Location:

Toronto (Mainly Spadina/Queen - no parking) & (Bloor/Bathurst - parking available)

Hours:

Monday-Friday rotating offices (8-4) or (9-5)

Compensation:
  • $35-$40 depending on experience and performance
Job Overview:
  • Responsible for day-to-day activities of the office with strong administrative skills
  • Manage and direct staff in accordance with office policies
  • Manage patient financial accounts
  • Manage payroll
  • Manage hiring and ongoing performance of staff
  • Handle staff vacation and coverage when needed
  • Manage and update office computer systems
  • Support staff with appointments, collections, insurance
  • Oversee patient relations and handle complaints
  • Monitor staff performance and conduct staff and salary reviews
  • Update and maintain employee policy manual
  • Implement marketing strategies
Other Requirements:
  • Must have dental experience
  • Excellent command of English (oral and written) and communication skills
  • Conflict resolution experience
  • Customer service or patient relations experience
  • Ability to communicate concerns to the dentist
