As a Patient Care Coordinator, you will be the vital link between our clinical team and our patients, ensuring every step of their journey feels seamless, supportive, and positive. We offer stability, ongoing training, and a collaborative environment where your experience is respected and your growth is supported.

This is a full-time position with the following schedule:

Thursday: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Friday: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM

What You’ll Do
  • Welcome patients warmly and build trust from their first interaction
  • Clearly and compassionately explain proposed treatment plans
  • Provide accurate cost estimates and review insurance coverage and payment options
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments to ensure timely, efficient care
  • Act as a liaison between patients and the clinical team for seamless communication
  • Maintain accurate, organized patient records and treatment plans
  • Follow up with patients to answer questions and provide ongoing support
  • Verify insurance, process claims, and stay current on policies and procedures
Who We’re Looking For
