An organization supporting communities in Surrey is hiring a Data Clerk - Callout Worker for full-time temporary work. Responsibilities include managing emergency coverage requests, maintaining attendance records, and effective communication with staff. Candidates should have a Grade 12 diploma, relevant office certification, and demonstrate the ability to work independently. Full time temporary until incumbent returns.
Gateway Shelter, Surrey. 7 minute walk from Gateway Skytrain Station.
Monday through Friday. 15:00 – 23:00. 7.5 hour shifts.
488 hours with mid and end point reviews.
$24.76 – 26.38 per hour, depending on seniority.
The Data Clerk – Callout worker reports to the Site Manager or designate and works in conjunction with the mission and philosophy of Lookout Housing and Health Society, including following Lookout’s Code of Ethics. The Data Clerk‑Callout worker carries out a variety of duties such as word processing, correspondence – phone and electronic, schedule and report tracking, typing, facilitating callouts and call recording, maintaining records of casual employees and answering general inquiries related to programs and policies.
