Transparency matters to us. For this role, you can expect a salary between $50,000-$60,000 annually, depending on experience. This is an existing vacancy.
We are seeking a brilliant individual who loves data and analytics, is a master of spreadsheets, knows how to use SQL and understands tracking and measurement for media data architecture. This person will play an essential role in supporting the Data Infrastructure and Analytics team bridging the gap between complex big data environments and actionable media strategy, supporting our clients through advanced reporting, custom database solutions, and the implementation of cutting‑edge AI agentic projects.
Responsibilities
- Measurement Strategy: Partner with stakeholders to translate business goals into robust KPI frameworks and measurement plans for multi‑channel media campaigns.
- Data Engineering & Extraction: Extract, filter, and aggregate complex datasets using SQL. You will assess system capabilities and workflows to determine the feasibility of automated reporting solutions.
- Visualization & Insights: Build and maintain high‑impact client dashboards using internal and external tools like Looker Studio, Tableau, or Power BI. You’ll turn raw data into visual stories with custom graphs.
- Digital Architecture & Tracking: Ensure data integrity by managing pixel implementation, tag management (GTM, Adobe Launch), and URL parameter tracking (UTMs).
- AI & Innovation: Support the development of AI agentic workflows and database solutions that drive efficiency for both internal teams and external clients.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct rigorous data audits and quality control to ensure 100% accuracy in client deliverables.
- Other duties may be assigned to meet the needs of the client, the team, and the company.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in data analytics. Experience within a media agency or digital marketing environment is strongly preferred.
- Proven experience in SQL database design, coding, and maintenance. Mastery of Google Sheets/Excel (advanced formulas and pivot tables) is a must.
- Cloud Fluency. Experience with Google Cloud Platform (BigQuery, Cloud Storage, Firebase) is highly desirable.
- Proficiency with web analytics tools (Google Analytics 4, Adobe Analytics) and Tag Management systems.
- Visualization Expertise. Strong portfolio in data visualization (Looker Studio, Tableau, or Power BI).
- A proactive mindset with the ability to present complex technical ideas to non‑technical stakeholders.
Preferred Assets
- Familiarity with AI implementation, including chatbots and agentic workflows.
- Experience in front‑end or back‑end web development with working knowledge of JavaScript, HTML and CSS.
- Working knowledge of Python and advanced statistical modeling skills
- Understanding of GCP Vertex AI, Cloud Functions and Firebase.
