Our client is looking for a Cybersecurity Manager to join their team.

Must Have Primary Skills
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years in IT with significant cybersecurity experience.
  • 2+ years of leadership or mentorship experience.
  • Strong grounding in cybersecurity practices, tools, and frameworks.
  • Experience with GRC initiatives in medium/large organizations or consulting environments.
  • Working knowledge of ITSM processes (incident, change, request).
  • Strong communication, analytical, and relationship‑building skills.
  • Collaborative leadership style and commitment to continuous learning.
Nice To Have Secondary Skills

Proven Experience In
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of cybersecurity analysts.
  • Oversee program deliverables, KPIs, risks, and service quality.
  • Collaborate with senior security leadership to align goals with institutional needs.
  • Manage projects that enhance services, tools, and operational capabilities.
  • Represent the program in meetings, working groups, and sector events.
  • Technical & Advisory support institutions in building cybersecurity programs, policies, and roadmaps.
  • Lead or contribute to incident response planning, assessments, and tabletop exercises.
  • Develop and deliver training, webinars, and technical content.
  • Apply frameworks such as NIST CSF, CIS Controls, and ISO 27001.
  • Contribute to strategies in governance, risk, resilience, and compliance.
