About the Job:

We’re looking for a Customer Success Manager III who is energized by solving complex partner challenges and excited to lead strategic initiatives that drive enterprise partner success and innovation. In this role, you’ll play a key part in helping small and medium-sized businesses succeed—while shaping the future of AI for local economies.

Your Impact:

As a Customer Success Manager III, you'll work with enterprise-level partners and cross‑functional internal teams to:

  • Serve as a strategic advisor to enterprise partners, aligning Vendasta’s solutions to their high‑level business goals
  • Design and execute complex, organization‑wide engagement strategies that drive adoption, maximize ROI, and leverage AI‑powered workflows
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to launch initiatives and advocate for partner priorities while influencing product development through actionable feedback
  • Work directly with Account Managers to co‑develop partner strategies based on platform usage and adoption, product performance, AI Activation and outcomes and revenue and retention goals
What You Bring to the Table:

You bring deep expertise in enterprise customer success within a SaaS environment, along with a proven ability to lead cross‑functional collaboration and influence strategic direction. You have experience managing complex portfolios, designing multi‑tiered success strategies, and driving long‑term growth through AI‑enabled customer lifecycle planning.

Must‑have qualifications:
  • 7+ years of experience in customer success or account management, with a strong focus on enterprise SaaS
  • Proven ability to proactively manage complex partner needs and advocate internally for customer‑driven improvements
  • Strong knowledge of AI tools used for customer insights, workflow automation, and scaling enterprise support
  • Bachelor’s degree
Preferred qualifications:
  • MBA or certifications in customer success, project management, or AI technologies
  • Experience in prompt customization and iterative improvement of AI use cases
