  • Follow up with leads using our proven quote program to grow the customer base
  • Provide support on billing, payments, and policy servicing
  • Identify opportunities to enhance coverage and improve the customer experience

  • 2+ years of experience in customer service, retail, sales, or hospitality
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Passion for helping others and a genuine desire to make a difference
