Qualifications

  • Intermediate use of MS Office, Adobe, and other relevant software.
  • 6 months to 1 year experience in a Customer Service environment.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure customer issues and escalations are resolved.
  • Conduct quality checks on own work.
  • Sort incoming mail and distribute to appropriate recipients.
  • Maintain record of incoming mail and courier.

Salary: $22.46/Hour

  • Monday to Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm
Responsibilities
General
  • Ensure customer issues and escalations are resolved or further escalated as appropriate
  • Conduct quality checks on own work to ensure accuracy and required output is to standards
  • Adhere to all safety procedures
  • Perform backfill duties for absent coworkers
  • Perform other duties as assigned by Manager
  • Order and replenish consumables, forms inventory and other supplies items as required
Print Responsibilities
  • Job intake through email, phone or in person
  • Multitask with color, b&w print and finishing equipment
  • Schedule print work to meet deadlines and able to change as required. Communicate with customers if there are any issues
  • Maintain equipment in working condition: call for service, replace toner and other consumables
  • Keep an organized and tidy print shop
  • Develop knowledge of print in order to make suggestions on best way to produce items for customers
  • Tracking information on print work as required
Mail Responsibilities
  • Sort incoming mail
  • Distribute mail to appropriate recipients or departments through mail runs and as required
  • Maintain record of incoming mail and courier
  • Ensure delivery of outgoing mails to courier and post office
  • Maintain adequate mailroom supplies
  • Check postal rates and weigh outgoing mail
  • Process outgoing courier
  • Arrange for courier services to deliver packages locally
  • Managing and organizing office supplies
Qualifications
  • Physically able to stand, sit, move, squat, and walk during the course of the shift
  • Physically able to lift up to 40 pounds
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to work independently
  • Willingness to learn and take direction
  • Adhere to all safety procedures
  • Perform backfill duties for absent coworkers
  • Perform other duties as assigned by Manager
  • Please note you must be legally eligible to work in Canada
  • Intermediate use of MS Office, Adobe and other relevant software
  • Experience: 6 months to 1 year experience in a Customer Service environment
  • Education: Minimum High School diploma or equivalent
