Overview

Position Summary: Provide general office support with a variety of clerical activities and related tasks. The Customer Service Assistant will be responsible for answering incoming calls, directing calls to appropriate associates, mail distribution, flow of correspondence, scanning, faxing, filing as well as additional clerical duties. Requires strong computer skills, attention to detail and ability to multi task. Also calls for flexibility, excellent telephone customer service and the ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, as well as outside clients and vendors.
