Hamilton Grove is looking for a Culinary Services Aide to join our Culinary Services team, where every meal served is an opportunity to care for our residents with dignity and respect. As a Culinary Services Aide, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring residents, staff, and guests enjoy safe, nutritious, and delicious meals in a clean, welcoming environment.

What You’ll Do
  • Assist with meal preparation, tray assembly, and food service
  • Deliver and pick up resident meal trays, snacks, and nourishments
  • Help keep dining and kitchen areas clean, organized, and sanitary
  • Set up tables, restock supplies, and wash dishes
  • Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines, including infection control
  • Support kitchen operations wherever needed to ensure smooth service
What We’re Looking For
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Prior food service experience is a plus (especially in senior living or healthcare)
  • Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude
  • A heart for serving older adults with respect and kindness
  • Able to lift up to 40 lbs and work on your feet throughout your shift
  • Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
