A leading logistics company in Quebec is seeking a responsible individual for an interview position focused on the efficient pick-up and delivery of packages. The ideal candidate must be bilingual, possess a valid driver's license, and have strong customer service skills. Previous customer-oriented experience is preferred. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with various schedules.
This is an interview position.
To provide courteous and efficient pick-up and delivery of packages on an assigned route; to check all shipments for conformance to Federal Express Canada features of service; to provide related customer service functions.

Employees are expected to perform all assigned duties, meet thresholds on mandatory testing and training, operate in a PC Windows environment, complete recurrent training, and work varying shifts. Quebec residents must be bilingual (French and English). Candidates with driving responsibilities must have a valid license (e.g., Class 5, G, or 1 AZ) and a good driving record with no more than two violations or accidents in the past 24 months. Selection will consider driver abstract, interview performance, and driver assessments.
