What You’ll Do
  • Build advanced financial models to support corporate transactions and ongoing business analysis.
  • Manage end-to-end due diligence processes, working directly with clients to gather critical information.
  • Perform detailed asset and business valuations using a range of methodologies.
  • Collaborate with lawyers, accountants, insurers, and other specialists to deliver integrated client solutions.
  • Develop and deliver clear, persuasive presentations and documents for client and third-party use.
  • Research industries, markets, and companies to inform deal structuring and recommendations.
  • Draft investment memorandums, situation summaries, and other strategic documents.
What You Bring
  • A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Mathematics, Engineering, Statistics, or a related Business/STEM field, with a strong academic record.
  • 0-3 years of experience.
  • Exceptional analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with a strong aptitude for mathematics and complex concepts.
  • The ability to absorb new information rapidly and apply it effectively in real-time.
  • Internship, co-op, or extracurricular experience in finance or related fields is a plus but not required.

  • Base salary of $120,000
