Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and dependable Service Coordinator to join our team. This role is essential in coordinating daily operations between clients, service technicians, and management. The ideal candidate will oversee technician schedules, ensure accurate documentation, and uphold high standards of customer service and safety compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls
  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain positive client relationships
  • Dispatch service calls and coordinate technician schedules, including travel and accommodations
  • Review and verify daily technician reports for accuracy and completeness
  • Prepare basic service quotes
  • Proactively investigate and resolve client issues, documenting inquiries and resolutions
  • Assist walk-in customers and handle over-the-counter sales
  • Maintain office supplies and ensure the workspace is organized and efficient
  • Participate in regular team meetings
  • Responsible for opening and closing the office (8:00 AM–5:00 PM daily)
Qualifications & Skills
  • Strong coordination and scheduling abilities
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proven ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Previous administrative or service coordination experience (preferred)
  • Customer service experience is an asset
  • Comfortable with scheduling tools and office software

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
