Base pay range: CA$80,000.00 / yr - CA$85,000.00 / yr

Job Summary:

As a Senior Production Coordinator, you will be a vital link between our internal teams and overseas suppliers, ensuring smooth and timely production for our wholesale partners. Reporting to the Production Director, this role involves managing timelines, evaluating QC, supporting logistics, and helping drive the success of day-to-day production operations.

Responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing production timelines and maintaining the critical path for all orders
  • Communicating daily with overseas factories and vendors to ensure timely deliveries
  • Tracking and following up on purchase orders, approvals, and shipping schedules
  • Managing incoming overseas parcel shipments and verifying documentation
  • Maintaining and updating internal systems for production follow-ups
  • Generating and issuing purchase orders accurately and on time
  • Organizing and managing all production files and documentation
  • Supporting costing processes and assisting with sample management alongside design and production teams
  • Troubleshooting production issues such as delays, quality concerns, and compliance matters
  • Working closely with internal departments — Design, Tech, Logistics, Sales
  • Ensuring compliance with Costco and other retail partner packaging and quality standards

Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
