What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Execute a conversion rate optimization (CRO) roadmap based on data and insights, in collaboration with the CRO Director
  • Configure, implement, and QA experiments using Adobe Target and other personalization tools
  • Optimize web pages and forms to enhance full-funnel performance across digital touchpoints
  • Utilize user research and data to inform test concepts and experiment variants
  • Define and analyze success metrics for all experiments, ensuring proper data validation and tracking
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • 5+ years of experience in executing A/B testing and personalization frameworks
  • Proficiency in editing HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Strong analytical skills for data interpretation and site performance monitoring
  • Experience with Adobe Experience Manager and familiarity with data visualization tools
  • Proven collaboration experience with Marketing and Engineering teams
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Experience in B2B environments or companies with similar acquisition flows
  • Familiarity with Twilio products, like CDP
