Overview

Contract Senior Business Analyst role at Affinity. We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to lead an enterprise-wide AI Program, driving initiatives across Front Office, Mid Office, Back Office, and Shared Services. This role shapes an AI roadmap, collaborates with business and IT teams, and delivers high-impact use cases to strengthen operational efficiency and competitive advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of the organization’s AI Program roadmap, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives and measurable outcomes.
• Manage intake, prioritization, and delivery of AI use cases, ensuring each initiative delivers business value and meets key performance indicators.
• Partner with Technical Program Managers and IT Business Analysts to identify business challenges and translate them into actionable AI opportunities.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams through pilots, proof-of-concepts, and scaled deployments.
• Collaborate with IT teams to raise AI fluency and embed AI into enterprise applications, workflows, and processes.
• Manage relationships with key technology providers (e.g., Microsoft, Snowflake, OpenAI, Claude) and consulting partners, emphasizing knowledge transfer and long-term capability building.
• Promote responsible AI practices and establish governance frameworks that balance innovation with risk management.
• Facilitate internal knowledge sharing by leading AI working groups, hosting meetups, and presenting program progress and KPIs to executive stakeholders.
• Support internal AI training programs and coordinate external training offerings to build company-wide AI literacy.

Qualifications
