Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct sales calls and digital outreach to engage with current and prospective customers. Build business through cold calls with the objective of onboarding these prospects. Keep existing customers informed about new products or promotions, and upsell or suggest alternatives - 70%

  • Ensure all customer sales calls are made with courtesy and respect, ensuring customers receive exceptional and consistent service. Manage customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely manner, reaching out to the appropriate person if they need additional information - 10%

  • Collaborate with Account Managers/Marketing to inform customers of new products and marketing updates - 10%

  • General administrative duties including maintaining customer records, filing, administration - 10%

This will be a 6 month contract

Qualifications
  • High School Diploma

  • 1-2 years’ experience in an office environment including Customer Service or Outbound Sales

  • Consultative selling skills

  • Ability to use Excel

  • Cold calling and achieving sales targets

Preferred
  • College education preferred

  • 3-5 years’ experience in Inside Sales or Customer Service preferred

  • Proficient use of Excel, PowerPoint and Salesforce.com is preferred.

COMPENSATION:$22.00-$28.00/hr
