A leading educational institution in Coquitlam is searching for Contract Faculty in Disability and Community Studies to instruct practicum courses starting January 2024. The ideal candidate will have a Master’s degree in Disability Studies or a related field, and experience in teaching applied knowledge. Hourly: $52.41-$114.65/hour; Per Three Credit Course: $7,947; Actual salary or hourly rate will be based on the number of credits and term of appointment according to the Collective Agreement.
The Department of Disability and Community Studies (DACS) is seeking contract faculty to instruct and supervise practicum courses commencing January 2024. As a contract practicum instructor, you will oversee the learning of students who are practicing skills in selected sites. You will facilitate student learning as they integrate and reflect upon their educational, personal and professional experiences while on practicum and during scheduled seminars.
