A prominent wine company in British Columbia is looking for a Customer Service Representative to manage customer orders and inquiries efficiently. This role involves handling inventory deliveries, supporting sales teams, and fostering customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should possess a Grade 12 diploma, strong knowledge of the wine industry, and excellent communication skills. This position is a 12-month contract offering a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $55,000, with comprehensive training provided.

The role of the Customer Service Representative is directly responsible for ensuring cases of inventory are delivered to our customers throughout British Columbia in multiple trade channels; prioritization of orders based on delivery schedule is required. This is a fast-paced environment that requires the ability to think quickly, while managing multiple tasks, and ensuring prompt follow up. This position’s objective is to take on a key role managing, selling, and planning for multiple channels primarily independent retailers and On-Premise accounts. In addition, Customer Service Representatives are responsible for handling all inquiries and requests from over 40 internal stakeholders as well as our external stakeholder ContainerWorld, while working cohesively with our Operations Team. This will be a 12-month contract.
$45,000.00 - $55,000.00. The budgeted range takes into account several factors and qualifications that are considered in making compensation decisions including experience, education, training, licenses, certifications, and other business and organizational requirements. Base pay is only one component of the total rewards offering at Arterra.
