Contents Scheduler

Are you an ultra-organized scheduler who loves keeping people and vehicles moving? In this role, you'll own daily contents scheduling while coordinating our vehicle fleet so crews and equipment are ready to roll.

Responsibilities

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CONTENTS SCHEDULER

As a Contents Scheduler, you'll align crew schedules and timelines, confirm site details, and communicate updates so jobs launch on time and finish strong. Throughout the day, you'll keep project plans on track by adjusting to field realities, flagging risks early, and keeping leaders informed. Clear, timely written and verbal updates will be your superpower, keeping everyone in the loop. This is primarily an administrative role, with occasional light hands-on tasks such as installing or removing plates, jump-starting vehicles, checking cleanliness and readiness, or clearing snow when needed.

Qualifications
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in contents, restoration, or scheduling (or a related field)
  • Strong written and verbal communication; high attention to detail and follow-through
  • Proficient with MS Office and comfortable with mobile apps
  • Exposure to scheduling or GPS platforms (preferred)
  • Fleet coordination exposure-maintenance scheduling, inspections, fuel card logistics, GPS reporting (preferred)
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driver's abstract
