Your primary responsibilities will include:
  • Deliver complete payroll services for a diverse client base.
  • Manage clients full-cycle recruitment, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and seamless onboarding.
  • Support workplace investigation processes.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and employment laws; recommend updates as needed.
  • Identify clients training needs and assist in designing and delivering development programs.
  • Provide guidance to clients on compensation and benefits and resolve related inquiries.
  • Maintain accurate client information and prepare HR reports as required.
  • Foster a positive work environment and support employee engagement initiatives.
  • Stay current on employment legislation and ensure organizational compliance.
What you bring to the table:
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with strong client service and teamwork focus.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • In-depth knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
  • Expert knowledge and experience of payroll systems and processes.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proven problem-solving skills and ability to handle confidential matters.
  • CPHR designation or equivalent is preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
  • Minimum 5+ years in an HR advisor or generalist role.
  • Hands-on experience with employee relations and full-cycle recruitment.
  • Consulting experience is an asset.
