You’ll work with a high‑performing, integrated team which focuses on a variety of global and local corporate, government, and private equity clients. Responsibilities
  • Independently perform primary and secondary research including data gathering, interviews, and surveys
  • Develop and execute workplans including analytics, both qualitative and quantitative
  • Develop the "story" – the output to narrate the solution to the client’s problem – including written output (slides)
  • Develop and sustain effective relationships with client stakeholders
  • Foster an inclusive culture throughout the team and within engagements
  • Develop a community within the team – volunteering to support to develop an offer, or other internal practice build initiatives such as Learning, Operations, Resourcing, Recruitment, etc.
  • Proactively build a personal network within the firm
  • Be comfortable in a team environment that actively encourages members voicing different views to reach the optimal solution for clients
  • Be entrepreneurial in seeking ways to deliver increased client impact
Ideal qualifications for this position include
  • Engineering, Finance or Commerce undergrad (MA, MBA, PhD an asset)
  • Work/leadership experience with demonstrated impact
  • Exposure to Commercial Due Diligence from a Consulting, Private Equity or Corporate Development perspective a significant asset
  • Exceptional problem‑solving skills – analytical, quantitative and conceptual
  • Advanced modelling skills (Excel) and visualization skills (Tableau and/or Power BI)
  • Effective organization and time management skills with ability to work under demanding environment, overtime and adhere to project deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A passion for delivering impact, demonstrated initiative taking, high energy and the ability to adapt to new challenges and ideas
  • Comfort with ambiguity
