Responsibilities
  • Assist in the preparation and cleanup of job sites, including loading and unloading materials.
  • Operate hand tools and power tools under the supervision of skilled tradespeople.
  • Follow instructions from supervisors and adhere to safety protocols at all times.
  • Participate in the assembly and disassembly of scaffolding, structures, and other temporary installations.
  • Perform general labor tasks such as digging, lifting, carrying, and moving materials as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency on-site.
Experience
  • Previous experience in construction or a related field is preferred but not required; we welcome entry-level candidates who are willing to learn.
  • Familiarity with basic hand tools and power tools is a plus.
  • Ability to work in various weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
