Are you ready to make your next career move to join our team and manage your own commercial elevator construction projects as our Construction Project Manager for KONE in the Greater Toronto Area?

Responsibilities
  • As our Construction Project Manager, you will own a variety of action items including, but not limited to, maintaining/updating the agreed upon schedule, status of project resources (including material, labor, etc.), and procurement related responsibilities (such as subcontracts and vendors). You will ensure quality is addressed throughout the project life cycle through metrics and by acting on punch-list items.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders surrounding assigned projects.
  • Ensure safety on worksites and audit compliance.
  • Utilize tools to manage project scope and timelines, such as Microsoft Project or SAP.
  • Identify risks and opportunities through contracts, on-site observations, etc.
  • Demonstrate sound financial acumen, including managing cash flow and budget forecasting.

The hiring range for this role is $104,700 - 143,990. The compensation package offered will depend on the candidate’s ability to meet the requirements of the role and a range of factors unique to each candidate, including skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and location.
