  • Apply sustainable building practices including mass timber, modular construction, and energy-efficient solutions.
  • Utilize BIM and other project management tools to coordinate consultants, site staff, and stakeholders.
  • Supervise and mentor junior project managers, site superintendents, and cross-functional teams.
  • Maintain strong client relationships by serving as the primary point of contact.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards.
  • Report regularly to senior leadership with updates on project progress, risks, and financial performance.

  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of construction methods, permitting processes, and sustainable building practices.
  • Education: Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Building Science, or related field. Professional certifications (PMP, P.Eng., or Gold Seal) are considered assets.
  • Personal Qualities: Excellent communicator, problem-solver, and decision-maker with a client-first mindset.
