Job summary

A prominent real estate development company in Calgary seeks a Project Coordinator to support project management processes. You will be responsible for scheduling project meetings, assessing risks, and maintaining communication logs. The ideal candidate has a post-secondary degree in a construction-related field and at least 3 years of project support experience. Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a project support role, preferably with an ICI General Contractor or subcontractor.
  • Experience working on commercial and/or institutional projects from start to finish.
  • Ability to read and interpret contract specifications, drawings, and other construction documents.

Responsibilities

  • Schedule and participate in project meetings, recording meeting minutes.
  • Administer the permit process and ensure seamless project operations.
  • Assess project risks and provide effective solutions.
