Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Preference to individuals with civil and/or industrial construction project experience.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze project costs, track budgets, and ensure expenditures are recorded accurately.
• Review and process subcontractor and vendor invoices.
• Process project billing accurately and on time.
• Collaborate with the project team for revenue recognition.
• Prepare and maintain project-specific financial reports.
• Assist project managers in maintaining project budgets and forecasts.
• Leverage technology to improve system efficiencies.
