Overview

The Laborer position involves performing various duties on projects, including transferring between tasks as demands require. Responsibilities include operating hand and power tools, equipment, and completing general labor tasks such as site cleaning and preparation.

The incumbent acts as the company's ambassador to the public, clients, testing agencies, government bodies, subcontractors, and suppliers. They are expected to behave responsibly and professionally, ensuring safety, quality workmanship, environmental mindfulness, and site tidiness.

We are currently hiring Construction Labourers for our Winvan division (Road Building) to join our Paving, Grading, and Milling crews. This unionized, outdoor position requires employees to have access to a vehicle and a valid driver’s license.
