Zen Residential Ltd. is seeking a Concierge to be the welcoming face and first point of contact in one of our vibrant residential communities. In this front-facing role, you'll be responsible for creating a positive first impression, supporting daily building operations, and delivering outstanding service that enhances the resident experience.

From greeting guests and managing deliveries to coordinating amenity bookings and ensuring building security, you’ll play a key part in creating a warm, well-run, and community-focused environment. What You’ll Do
  • Greet and assist residents, guests, and visitors with professionalism and warmth
  • Accept, log, and securely distribute mail, packages, and deliveries
  • Monitor building access, manage visitor logs, and support building security protocols
  • Assist with move-ins and move-outs, and help ensure adherence to building procedures
  • Support resident events, amenity bookings, and daily building operations
  • Conduct light inspections of common areas and flag cleanliness or maintenance issues
  • Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers on access and scheduling
  • Respond to emergencies, follow building safety protocols, and maintain incident logs
  • Help support the leasing team by participating in tours during busy periods
  • Maintain accurate records of resident interactions, service requests, and deliveries
What You Bring
  • 1–3 years of experience in customer service, hospitality, property management, or a related role
  • Previous experience as a concierge, front desk attendant, or guest services rep is a strong asset
  • A warm, approachable, and professional communication style
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • High school diploma required; post-secondary education in Hospitality, Business, or related field is an asset
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • A proactive, resident-first mindset and a passion for creating positive experiences
