Impact You Will Have

The Compliance Supervisor oversees regulatory and safety compliance for the company’s fleet operations. This role ensures all drivers, vehicles, and transportation activities meet federal, state/provincial, and company standards. The Compliance Supervisor will lead compliance staff, manage audits, monitor safety performance, and support continuous improvement initiatives that promote safe and lawful operations.

What You Will Do
  • Track and maintain trailer wash records.
  • Monitor and manage the on-site fuel system.
  • Respond to and assist with any spills; submit L3 reports to Corporate and file Incident Reports in the Environmental system.
  • Ensure PPE compliance for all staff and visitors.
  • Investigate and take action on any accidents, spills, or incidents occurring in the yard.
  • Order and organize supplies, including first aid materials and equipment.
  • Participate in monthly meetings (virtually or in person) for both Compliance Leads and the JHSC.
  • Conduct daily yard inspections to ensure safety and compliance.
  • Ensure the gatehouse is adequately stocked with trailer seals.
  • Organize and maintain food safety temperature monitoring records.
  • Assist the DC Compliance and Safety team as required.
