• Serve as point of contact with authorities.
• Remove unauthorized individuals from the premises.

Responsibilities for Community Office Security Guard

• Customer service duties like welcome, verify identity, and guide visitors
• Access control duties ( Checking ids, dealing with contractors, liaising with the building management etc. )
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
• Ensure the protection of people, assets,and property
• Deter criminal activity. Guards may be expected to engage in visible deterrence through their presence and by adhering to security procedures. security presence
• Respond to various emergencies, such as fires, medical incidents, or security breaches
• Point of contact with authorities and emergency services
• Removal of unauthorized individuals
