Responsibilities

  • Conduct assessments and reassessments.
  • Utilize medical technology and equipment such as g-tube, ventilator, and trach.
  • Provide medication support and administration.
  • Complete reports and document care notes regularly.
  • Communicate with family and supervisors about any changes in client care.
  • Meet the Standards of the College of Nurses of Ontario.
