As a member of a professional and growing real estate brokerage and management company, you will be responsible for prioritizing, coordinating, and organizing business tasks with a positive, professional approach in planning, scheduling, communicating, and organizing the activities of your position.You must be able to develop an understanding of the nature of the corporate environment of a Property Management & Brokerage company to anticipate its needs.You will be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing strategies that drive awareness, generate qualified leads and support the leasing and sales efforts for our commercial property portfolio.This role combines traditional marketing, digital campaigns, content creation and event coordination to position our properties competitively in the marketplace.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Strategic Planning & Campaign Development

  • Design annual and quarterly marketing plans with Senior Management Team that align with business objectives (leasing targets, investment goals)
  • Develop property specific campaigns (office, industrial, retail, etc.) including positioning, messaging and media mix

Digital Marketing & Lead Generation

  • Manage website content updates and DEQ/SEM strategies to maximize property visibility.
  • Oversee email marketing, campaigns, list segmentation, A/B testing and performance tracking
  • Manage paid advertising (PPC, social media ads) to drive traffic and leads into the CRM

Collateral & Content Creation

  • Produce marketing materials: brochures, spec sheets, presentations, video tours, virtual walkthroughs, site plans
  • Coordinate photo and video shoots; manage relationships with photographers, videographers and 3D/VR vendors
  • Write and edit copies for all channels, ensuring brand consistency and compelling storytelling
  • Work with senior management to produce any corporate marketing material such as proposals, templates, property management material, etc.

Event Management

  • Work with Brokerage Management/Administrative Team to plan and execute property tours, broker open houses, investor events and trade shows.Handle event logistics; venue booking, invitations, on-site support, post-event follow-up

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track KPIs (web traffic, lead volume, email open rates, campaign ROI) and provide monthly reports
  • Use data insights to optimize campaigns, reallocate budgets and refine targeting

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

  • Partner with leasing brokers, asset managers and acquisitions teams to understand property differentiators and market dynamics
  • Liaise with external agencies and vendors (design firms, printers, media buyers) to ensure timely, on budget delivery

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field

Experience

  • 5+/- years of marketing experience, preferably within commercial real estate industry
  • Proven track record managing multi-facet campaigns and producing high-impact marketing materials

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
  • Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms
  • Solid understanding of Google Analytics, SEO best practices and paid media management

Soft Skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication; strong command of storytelling
  • Highly organized, able to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • An analytical mindset with attention to detail and a commitment to data-driven decision making.

Additional Skills

  • Familiarity with commercial real estate listing platforms and Yardi Leasing modules an asset
  • Ability to travel to property sites as needed (Valid Driver’s license)
